Modish Digital is excited to announce that we are seeking a part-time Social Media/Marketing Intern to join the team in assisting with social media and marketing projects.. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual who already resides in or around the Oxnard area, and has experience or looking to further expand their experience in Marketing. The Social Media/Marketing Intern will report to the Owner and Creative Director to assist with social media management and marketing projects for Modish Digital and their Clients.

Position Status:  Part-Time

Job Summary

Modish Digital is seeking a part-time Social Media/Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team to assist with social media and marketing projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual who already resides in or around the Oxnard area, and has experience or looking to further expand their experience in Marketing. The Social Media/Marketing Intern will report to the Owner and Creative Director to assist with social media management and marketing projects for Modish Digital and their Clients.

Modish Digital is a boutique digital firm specializing in creative marketing, brand consulting, social media strategy and professional photography solutions. We work with clients in varying industries locally and globally.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with generating content for Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, social media campaigns and email marketing
  • Assist with the production of social media marketing assets
  • Assist with responding to Instagram direct messages and engage with followers and customers
  • Assist with social media analytics and monthly performance reports
  • Assist with influencer outreach and special events
  • Assist with PR tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience creating social media content
  • Some experience in Marketing, PR or Advertising
  • Must currently reside in or around the Oxnard area
  • Must have a working laptop
