A question we get as entrepreneurs is how do we ma A question we get as entrepreneurs is how do we manage to stay organized + what programs do we use?⁠ ⁠ The tools we have in place have come by way of A LOT of trial & error. We are a team of two, both working remotely, and have found these tips to work collaboratively between us AND our clients. Have questions? Comment below, we're happy to answer!⁠ ⁠ ① ASANA : I actually can't imagine how our business would operate without @asana. We use it extensively in-house to track our weekly to-do list, client list, project pipeline, marketing tasks and so much more. Where we really see it's value even more is how we use it with our Clients. A shared "team" project allows us to outline the project, assign tasks and essentially eliminate back & forth emails. It's been amazing in terms of productivity!⁠ ⁠ ② SLACK : day-to-day conversations between Christina and I take place on @Slack. Again, the key is to eliminate unnecessary emails and maximize productivity. It's great to ask a quick Q regarding a client project, share a link, etc. We create "channels" for in-house projects as well as clients so everything stays organized. We also use it with one of our biggest social media clients and it allows us to effectively communicate in real-time. Game-changer!⁠ ⁠ ③ APPLE MAIL : over the years I've just come to love Apple Mail and working effectively towards a Zero Inbox when possible. It allows us to see all of our Inboxes in one place and we create organized folders throughout the business. As I mentioned above, we don't want to be handcuffed to our email so it's important to utilize ① + ②.⁠ ⁠ ④ GOOGLE DOCS : We've come to utilize G-Docs because they allow collaboration on a single document that edits in real-time to the other person. No sending proofs back and forth! This is also really great when working with a client (i.e. sharing a web copy document for a design client).⁠ ⁠ ⑤ CURATOR : if you are a photographer or designer, this app is sooooooooo amazing when working with your clients to build a moodboard. Simply upload images, curate & export. Boom 💥⁠
