You are not alone.⁠ ⁠ We encourage you to create space for creativity and allow for new ideas to surface that harness your incredible skills + abilities that will guide you to move forward in your business. This isn't a race to have it all figured out, it can be slow & gradual.⁠ ⁠ This could be the "break" you needed to slow down, evaluate what's working & what's not, to brainstorm that rebrand you've been envisioning, how you can expand your product offerings, etc.⁠ ⁠ Just know, we are here for you. Fun backstory to these insanely beautiful engageme Fun backstory to these insanely beautiful engagement photos shot in Joshua Tree. 🌵⠀ ⠀ Obstacle 1 : My clients really wanted to shoot in a field with beautiful straw grass with a mountain backdrop. Well... welcome to southern California where they've cut back a lot of the fields for fire prevention and/or the places I've been before have been affected by recent fires.⠀ ⠀ Obstacle 2 : Weather. The days leading up to our shoot we were all obsessively checking the weather and it wasn't looking good. Come day of ... definitely had to cancel as it was just grey out. Blah.⠀ ⠀ Side Note : All the inspiration images she was sending me were from Joshua Tree. Thus, when I planned a last minute trip with my girlfriends she asked if they were to come on the back end of my trip, could we end up shooting in JT? Umm.. heck yes!⠀ ⠀ Obstacle 3 : Weather x 2. Again, we are both obsessively checking the weather only to be down-poured on the day before and forecast wasn't looking good. However, I felt optimistic with the bursts of sunshine so told them to come. ☀️⠀ ⠀ In the meantime, while they hit the road, my good friend & I were scouting locations within JT Nat'l Park only to realize we had no cell reception and weather was coming & going. We rushed back out to the entrance, gave them an update & basically sat on pins & needles for another 50 minutes until they arrived while starring at the clouds rolling in.⠀ ⠀ Results : Somehow ... somehow we caught this opening of sunshine that lasted 25 minutes and were able to capture the most stunning photos leading into sunset.
